During the past 20 years as an IT professional, I have honed my talent to quickly understand Business Objectives, then develop an optimal IT strategy and execution plan for supporting those objectives. I am able to garner buy-in and generate excitement behind major programs, while building credibility and delivering customer confidence. I am respected as a motivational, lead-by-example manager, change agent and proponent of empowerment and accountability. In short, I deliver the BIG PICTURE while managing the little details, moving the organization forward on all levels.

At this juncture, I am seeking the next level of tactical and strategic leadership opportunity with a progressive enterprise and would welcome a challenging opportunity. I am willing to relocate from the northern Virginia area.
